The AIQON warranty covers, from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty, materials and manufacturing defects only related to the watch Movement for a period of one (1) year, and application defects related to ion-plating for a period of six months (effects due to wear & tear and accidents are not covered under warranty). A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp in the warranty booklet is required for proof of purchase.
The Movement will be repaired or the component will be replaced free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. However, transportation to and back from the AIQON service centre must be paid for by the customer, and AIQON watches is not liable for any damage during this transit.
- Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, hands, strap or bracelet.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Water damage unless marked water-resistant for that particular use.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized AIQON sales or service agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by AIQON. AIQON shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability, or any other theory, even if AIQON has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. AIQON’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid at AIQON’s sole option.
Should you require work under warranty, please send in your watch, a copy of your sales receipt and/or the warranty card with dealer stamp and a description of the problem to the authorized watch service centre closest to you.
For service work that is not covered under this warranty, the service centre may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on watch style and type of work requested. These charges are subject to change.
Do not send original packaging, as it will not be returned. AIQON highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch during shipment. AIQON is not responsible for product lost damaged during shipment.
We are happy to offer a 10-day return policy (from the date of delivery) for unused and undamaged AIQON watches. A Watch that is damaged or altered, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:

Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:
Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 7-10 business days.
A pickup will be done once (which includes 2 attempts by the delivery partner). Incase the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for initiating pickup again.
Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via the initial payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 3-5 business days.
Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire return process to be completed. AIQON watches received as part of Corporate Gifts are not covered under the Return Policy. The Return Policy only covers AIQON watches purchased through our website directly by the customer.
